To use our services, you must read and agree to be bound by our policies relating to those services. In particular, we draw you attention to our policies relating to the terms of purchase.
Terms of Purchase
All items sold on Pure Vintage are authentic vintage. Buying vintage clothing means purchasing something that has some history. That means pre-loved, pre-worn, and once in a while, slightly imperfect.
For all the unworn-with-tags, like-new and pristine pieces that pass through our hands, there will be items that show some signs of age and wear. For instance garments may have tiny snags or barely-there blemishes.
This in no way diminishes from the piece's beauty or wearability, but enhances its charm and authenticity. We will always make every attempt to note any and all such 'issues' in our condition report. If you're expecting perfection and can't bear wear and tear of any kind, then vintage might not be the right choice for you!
Colours may vary from one computer screen to another. Additionally, to be certain that our descriptions are completely accurate, if the colour in our photos doesn't match the item exactly, we will always try to make note of it in our text.
We do our best to provide vintage items in the best possible condition. All our pieces are meticulously hand washed or dry cleaned, and if necessary, repaired before being sold.
MINT:In flawless condition with no visible imperfections, sometimes unworn with tags.
EXCELLENT: A few minor imperfections. May show some very minor wear attributed to light usage such as a resewn hem, minor discoloration in the lining. Overall the quality of these items is as close to original condition as possible given that there has been some light use.
GREAT: Has been well-loved and worn, showing its vintage age a bit, but still has a lot of life and years of wear in it. Of good quality with some slight visible changes due to normal wear. Slight softness due to washing, linings may be faded.

Return Policy
Returns are only accepted if notification is received within 48 hours of your delivery. If the item is returned in the same condition as it was shipped, an online credit note (valid for six months) will be issued for the amount of the item.
Sorry but shipping / postage costs are non-refundable and the buyer must cover the return shipping costs and is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred by Customs.
All return shipments must be sent by Recorded Special Delivery. If the item is deemed damaged or lost in return, the buyer will be notified that no credit will be issued.
